• New field removable cartridge system allowing:    Easy latch reversal for inward and outward opening doors  Easy internal cylinder removal for rekeying when required  Easy knob and lever changeover in the field 
• Suits Left and Right hand opening doors   
• Rotation direction selection for knob and lever (lock can be set prior to installation so that the knob or lever will only rotate in one direction. Especially useful for when you need a lever to operate in a downward direction only). 
• Hold back enable and disable (lock can be set prior to installation so that holdback can be disabled or enabled) 
• Superior deadlatching mechanism
• Deadlatching of latch activates at a wider door gap than most existing deadlatching rim locks providing a higher lever of security. 
• 45 degree lever rotation to unlock the door 
• 45 degree knob rotation to unlock the door 
• Lever compliant with BCA codes and AS1428.  Lever Offset (distance between door face and inside of lever) meets requirement for disability
• Lever has a return on the end to meet the requirement for disability 
• ‘Internal deadlocking’ indicator – to show if internal knob or lever is deadlocked 
• Lockable hold back function – when holdback has been activated by the knob or lever, it can be locked in this mode by the internal key. 
• Internal deadlock of knob and lever (internal deadlock models)  (when a knob or lever with internal lock cylinder is installed, the knob or lever can be deadlocked providing an internal deadlocking function. When the internal knob or lever is deadlocked, it can be deactivated via the inside key cylinder or external key cylinder)
• Easy internal cylinder removal and replacement 
• 6 Pin Internal Cylinder, Keyed to 5 pin – for knob and lever (Carbine CA-DL3 Cylinder (355 Inner style))   - Adjustable strike (vertical direction) +/-1.5mm (Timber Strike/Metal Frame Strike) 
• Concealed fixing
• 4 strike options, Timber Frame, Metal Frame, Outward Opening Diecast, Outward Opening steel  
• Has been subjected to Davcor’s rigorous in house testing program 
• Heavy duty external lock cylinder escutcheon supplied as standard 
• Marine Grade Stainless Steel Latch Bolt and Snib 
• Cut resistant latch bolt 
• Reinforced strike with extended fasteners for increased frame strength 
• Covers scarring of most existing and previous Australian deadlatch rim locks
• Can be used with CDL7100-2SC and NK2000-2SC Carbine digital locks - Suits standard rim cylinders (including Carbine CRC range) 
• Retrofits most current and previous* Australian deadlatch rim locks.  
• Lever (has cylinder hole), Lever (No cylinder hole) available as a spare part
• Timber, metal frame and open out strikes available as a spare part
• 3mm stackable packer available as a spare part
• Twin pack available 
• High grade Zinc Alloy Lock Casing, knob and lever. 
• Available in satin chrome and matt black finishes   
*New screw holes may be required when replacing older model Australian Deadlatch locks.
