GILGEN AUTO SWING DOOR OPERATOR
Description
Specification:
The automatic Gilgen FD20 Swing door operators as supplied by Access Entry Pty are to be electrically approved for 230/240v.The single/double swing operators are to be housed in a natural anodized housing and cover of dimensions being H95 x D120 x L690. The said operators are to be supplied by an Australian Owned and Operated Company and must comply with all BCA requirements for automatic door operators.
The equipment shall incorporate the following features:
• Operation: Heavy Duty (250kg) internal and external door operator continuous duty with manual operation with and without mains power. Suitable for both hinge and pivot type doors.
• Mounting: Bulkhead/Transom/Structural plate for operator fixing (By Others)
• Arm Configuration: Slide arm for both outward/inward opening or rods for outward opening (High Winds)
• Opening Function: 24V DC motor or manual override adjustable back check on both to eliminate mechanical door stops and prevent damage to hinges by wind loads.
• Closing Function: Adjustable closing torque, closing speed and latch speed, to overcome door seal pressure, sticky lock etc.
• Push & Go: Standard, with auto spring powered close.
• Opening Angle: Max 105 deg.
• Opening & Closing Speed: Fully adjustable
• Power Source: Solid 230v AC 50/60Hz 10a, Rated power 100W.
• Control Circuit: Solid state integrated circuit with lock output.
• Interface Options: Fire alarm, building management and security system interface.
• Control Functions: SK4- four position security switch (can be master keyed by client) or M4 rotary switch
• Actuation Options: Radar motion Eagle5 Sensor, Magic Switch/no touch pads, push button etc.
• Safety: Active & passive infrared presence sensing system mounted on door leaf. (ITEC)
• Locking:
a. Manual locking (by door manufacturer)
b. Electric Strike & Emergency egress push button (by security)
c. Magnetic locks & Emergency egress push button for Inverse units (by security)
• Special Entry
a. Card reader or Swipe Care (by security)
b. SK2 switch for entry to match existing master keyed system. (can be master keyed by client)
c. Access Entry Privacy Kit with LED status indicator (DDA)
• Fire Alarm: Cabling provided by fire contractor. (1 set of open contacts voltage free)
• Security & Remote Cabling: Cabling by nominated security contractor. (0.2mm 8 core)
